Otvad Aleiata Zad Shkafa

One of the many beautiful Sofia ruins, Otvad Aleiata Zad Shkafa (Beyond The Alley Behind The Cupboard) was renovated in the 90's and restored to its authentic look. The old romantic atmosphere found many admirers quickly after re-opening in the winter of 1996. Many famous people, including Christopher Lambert, Catherine Deneuve and Bill Clinton, came here and sampled the fine selection of wines during visits to Bulgaria.
