The first sod for a new five-star complex was turned Monday in the Bulgarian resort of Pamporovo, media reported.
"Studenets" will comrise of a hotel, a trade center, a nightclub, six restaurants, a sporting center, swimming pool and a ban office.
Building should be completed by the end of 2006, the Studenets Ltd. have said.
The investors have the ambition to turn the place into the largest hotel complec of the Balkan region.
