Garibaldi Internet Cafe

There's a fair few internet cafes in Sofia and Garibaldi is one of the best. Situated on Garibaldi Square, their machines are good and they have a better range of applications than most, including Photoshop and CorelDraw in addition to the standards of Word etc. They have wi-fi and are LAN connectible if you take your laptop, and if you want the folks back home to literally see what a great time you're having then you can show them via a webcam!

Decent enough place. Not so many good internet cafes generally in Sofia.
