Stylist Kapanov

With two hairdressing world championships (really!) and other numerous awards to their name, Stylist Kapanov are your best bet for a cool haircut in Sofia. They have 6 Salons in the city, 5 of which are in the centre, and English is no problem. They're not cheap (in Bulgarian terms at least) but Sofia is no different to any other major European city, in that you get what you pay for.
